  • Location

    We’ll be in Tripp Commons on the 3rd floor of the University of Wisconsin Memorial Union. You can take the elevator from the first floor. We’ll also have signs located near the main entrance directing you where to go.

    There is limited on-street parking; the following garages are nearby:

    There are ample bike racks located all around Memorial Union.

  • What to bring

    We’ll provide coffee and water carafes, but recommend bringing your own water bottle. It could also be helpful to bring a way to take notes, whether it’s pen and paper, a tablet, or your laptop.

  • Accessibility considerations

    Memorial Union is wheelchair accessible and has gender neutral bathrooms, as well as bathrooms with baby changing stations.

    All attendees are required to follow our code of conduct.

  • Food and drink

    We’ll provide light breakfast items and shelf-stable snacks.

    For lunch, you’ll receive a pre-loaded WISC card that can be used at any eatery in the Memorial Union, allowing you to select a meal that matches your dietary needs.
